Confession: Lately, I don't make much any time for cooking or baking. Dinner consists of reheated leftovers and eating out, and the only treats we have around the condo are sent to us by my mother! I pinned this baked doughnut recipe quite some time ago, but had not been able to clear an evening to bake them.
My bestie's early morning bridal dress shopping appointments this past weekend were the perfect reason to clear a few hours and bake! These doughnuts are delicious! Everyone loved them and they were a much needed sweet treat for hours of dress shopping! They definitely have more of a muffin or cake doughnut consistency, but, either way, its hard to eat just one! And, she said yes to the dress on top of it!! :)
