So sorry for the sporadic posting! The new job is keeping me on my toes! It's been great so far, but keeping up with everything has been tough. So, please, please, bear with me while I get adjusted!
I love how a few key pieces can make an outfit. This black suit and cream sweater would be incredibly boring and simple if it weren't for the leopard pumps and statement necklace (which I stole from my mother before she could even wear it)! In my opinion, the majority of your closet should have classic, well-fitting pieces that can stand the test of time. When you mix the classics with on-trend accessories, like leopard and statement necklaces, or current color combinations, like black and tan, burgundy (or oxblood as it is called this season), and gold, you can easily update your wardrobe. In my experience, sticking mostly with classics and updating with trends is the easiest way to be cost effective yet seasonably stylish!
Thanks for reading! I really do appreciate all of your sweet comments! I honestly did not expect to have a single comment or follower for months, so your comments and encouragement mean so much to me!
