Dresses are always what I grab first in the summer months.  Pair with a sweater (or blazer) for the chilly office air conditioning and you're set! The patterned, chiffon fabric and ruffled shoulders add a little something to keep this dress from being boring or stuffy. Bonus: the sheer top has an attached half slip so you don't have to worry about an additional tank top creeping up all day.
