Keeping it Simple - Gray Sweater Dress

Simple, easy pieces like this dress are my favorite ones! Especially by Friday! Work has been incredibly busy lately, with court nearly every morning, and depositions and arbitrations in the afternoon! We were even supposed to be on trial this week (though it has now been rescheduled). Any time I can grab a simple, comfortable dress and still feel put together, I'm in! As you can tell by my clenched fists, I was a little chilly outside, but this wool sweater with the extra layer under was nice and cozy inside. 

This dress was originally labeled as a "sweater coat" online. Yeah, I'm not sure why either. I loved the buttons, the pockets, and the tie, so I gave it a shot hoping it would pass for a work dress. Thankfully, I got what I wanted! Shopping online can be challenging sometimes, do you go by the photo, the description, the reviews...it can all be quite confusing.  My policy generally is: if its free shipping, free return shipping, and it is on sale or I have a coupon, it never hurts to try! The difficult part is deciding whether to keep it when it all fits!
